Many people having problem with the keywords in blogger.Now I will show you a tricks that will help you to put keywords in blogger to get standard traffic in your site and let search engine find your site quickly.

To add keyword go to :
blogger dashboard >> template >> Edit HTML >> proceed

then copy this below code:

<meta content='DESCRIPTION HERE' name='description'/>
<meta content='KEYWORDS HERE' name='keywords'/>
<meta content='AUTHOR NAME HERE' name='author'/>

fill it up with your description,keyword and author name.
Then copy it and paste it after this code

<b:include data='blog' name='all-head-content'/> 

add the code just like this

Don't forget to add description and keywords.
and save the changes.

IMPORTANT:

Many people are just filling the meta description with keywords. DON'T DO THAT. Google and other search engines will ban your site from the search engines list if you repeat your keywords too often. Make sure you don't repeat any keyword more than 3 times.
That's it!You have successfully added the metatags to your blogger(blogpsot) blog.If you want to check whether you added the meta tags correctly or not,just type 'meta tags analyzer tool' in the google and you will find so many sites which can check whether you have added the tags correctly or not.

Google Webmaster Tools Verification Process:

To submit and verify your blog into Google Webmaster Tool, simply follow these steps carefully.

1. Go to Google Webmaster Tools.
2. Login with your same gmail account which you are using for your blogger blog.
3. Click on "Add a Site" button.
4. Enter your blog URL in the box appears like:     
                                                                  www.your-blog-url.blogspot.com

5. Click continue.
6. Now you have to verify your site ownership. This can be done by two methods.
   "Recommended Methods" and "Alternate Methods".
7. Click on "Alternate Methods".
8. Now, you will get three options to verify your blog. Choose HTML tag.
9. A Meta Tag will be given to you. Just Copy it. Meta tag will look like this

10. Now log in to your Blogger account into another tab. (Don't close webmaster tool tab).
11. Click on your blog title and choose template option from the left.
12. Click Edit HTML  & Expand Widget Templates.
13. Press Ctrl + F and search <head> tag in your template.
14. Paste the Meta Tag you copied below/after <head> tag.
15. Click "Save Template" button.
16. Now, go back to your webmaster account and press verify button.
17. Once you click on verify button, you will receive a confirmation message that you
     have successfully verified.
18. Done!

Submit Blogger Sitemap To Google Webmaster Tools:

Below are some easy steps you have to go through in terms to submit your blogspot blog sitemap.

1. Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools.
2. Click on the blog title for which you want to add sitemap.
3. Click on sitemap button as shown below.

                                   

4. At the top right corner of the page, press Add/Test sitemap button

                                                        

5. Once you click on the button, a small box will appear as shown in the screenshot below.


                                   


6. Add the below code in the text field.

atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

This is the sitemap code for your blogger blog which you need to add.

Press "Submit Sitemap" button.
Refresh the page.

Congratulation! You have finish the process of submitting your blog sitemap.

Note: The above sitemap will work for 500 posts only. If you have more than 500 posts published in your blog, then you have to add one more sitemap. Whole procedure will be same but at this time you have to add this code.
